Latest project
My latest project was sweing this dress for Cody McWilliams for Homecoming. She wanted a retro 50's look that was modest and fit her well. It was so much fun, and I think she looks terrific!

Projects
Here are a few projects that I have completed this year. I created this car seat cover out of left over material.
I made a material flower coursage for prom.
I have also been creating headbands
I also sewed a retro style dress for myself that I love to wear to church.
I worked on my backyard trying to take it from a waste land to somewhat pretty on a very little budget. check out the before and after pics

Birthdays!!! Dolly's 1 Alven is 7 and Dad is ?
Dolly turned 1. Dolly and Dad had their birthday on friday march 5th. We made them a cake. So cute! Dolly's almost walking and still makes the craziest noises. She has such a cute personality.
Alven had a raging birthday party. Friends, games, candy, present a Ben 10 cake.. eveything a seven year old could ask for. Grandpa come over on his motorcycle, the boys loved that.

Seattle - Yummy Summer Vacation
So.... we got back a few weeks ago from Seattle. We went their to visit our friends the Hendershotts and they were kind enough to drop everything and make sure we all had a good time and fill our bellies will delicious food from the pacific northwest. We had a blast and really enjoyed spending time with them. Cool noteworthy information: It stays light until 9:30 -10:00 p.m. in the summertime and did I mention the best mountain biking trails in the country are located there? I regret I didn't get some sweet pics of the trails there, they were everything I ever dreamed they would be and more.
Oh Seattle has way cooler city parks than anything here in the valley
Nothing like a pair of 3 dollar converse
